There were doubts about its realization due to rain in the city since dawn, which could persist into the afternoon. However, the organization issued a statement confirming the event, despite the forecast. «Since the forecast indicates that the rains will cease prior to the start of the event, we confirm that it will take place as scheduled,» they stated from the «Párense de Manos» account.
